.This is the opportunity for all Ishinryu clubs to train together on the annual One-Day Course.
The Course will follow the same format established over the last few years with the same location and Timetable.
08:00 – 10:00 Check-in
10:15 Training Session #1
11:45 Break
12:15 Training Session #2
13:45 End of Course
All students (of all ages and grades) are welcome. You must hold a current Ishinryu licence and wear a Gi with the Ishinryu badges.
This is an Open Course and students from other associations will be made very welcome.
