Kate Karwacinski started 2019 representing Ishinryu and England at the Paris Open Premier League this weekend, the first competition of this new season. She was coached by her fellow instructor and twin Sensei Steve Karwacinski.
It has also been announced by the EKF that Kate has been selected for the WKF Senior European Championships held in March 2019. Kate has been selected for both Individual kumite and Female Team Kumite.
