Pre-Grading Course (24 February 2024)

Course details

The Pre-Grading course consists of two 90 minute sessions with a 30 minute break between.  All students will train together for some portions of the course.  Students will be split into smaller groups by grade for part of the course.

Course Timing

The first 90 minute session starts at 10:15 am.

A 30 minute break runs from 11:45 to 12:15.

The second 90 minute session completes at 1:45 pm.

After wrap up the course will close at 2 pm.

Check in

Check in opens from 8.00 am. and closes at 10 am.  Please arrive in good time.

Cranham will run their usual Saturday morning session between 9.00 am and 10 am.  You are welcome to join this session, but be aware that payment is additional to the course and goes directly to the club.

Payment

Please pay in advance – ideally from this page (see the Buy Now’ button above).  If you must pay by cash, please pay your club instructor in advance.

We will take cash payments on the day if absolutely necessary, but please pay in advance if you can to ensure that day can run without delay.

Entry to the course

Please check in at the table outside the Dojo before entering the hall If you’ve paid in advance ….

You will need to show you Ishinryu licence (black book and pink slip) to gain entry to the course.  Please check your licence in advance to ensure it is current for the day.  Remember that Licences expire on the first day of the month.

Food and Drink

Please bring water or a fruit drink with you (no fizzy drinks please).  Also bring a light snack for the lunctime break.  Food and drink is NOT available to purchase on-site – so you must bring your own.
